Shipping, Returns & Special Orders

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased item. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive your refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping in the USA

Our free shipping will use USPS or UPS within the contiguous 48 United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). You should receive your order within 6-10 business days once your order has been processed. A confirmation email, from our shipping partners - Pirate Ship- will be sent to you once your order has shipped with your tracking number and estimated date of arrival.  Please note, we are not responsible for USPS or UPS delivery mishaps. International Orders

We currently only offer USPS to ship internationally.

The US Postal Service does not provide tracking for International delivery. We would email you the Customs and Transaction number, however once the package is given to the US Post Service, Mission Bags can no longer be responsible for it. We have shipped overseas many times with only one issue - a custom sun shade did not arrive. Due to this issue, we had to implement this new policy.

We will send you a Paypal request. Once we receive confirmation the Paypal request has been paid, your package will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Special Orders

Special Orders are ... well, special. And because each bag is not started until you order, special orders can not be returned or cancelled. Special Orders include all of our leather bags and all colors (not black) of our cordura bags.
