You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased item. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive your refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping in the USA
We use UPS to ship within the USA. As our business grows, we will be better able to offer real-time shipping quotes to serve you better. Please note, we are not responsible for UPS delivery mishaps. Please contact UPS for information of delivery services.
We currently offer two ways to ship.
Option 1) Your first option is through USPS (United States Postal Service). The US Post Service does not provide tracking for International delivery. We would email you the Customs and Transaction number, however once the package is given to the US Post Service, Mission Bags can no longer be responsible for it. We have shipped overseas many times with only one issue - a custom sun shade did not arrive. Due to this issue, we had to implement this new policy. Shipping and Handling is usually cheaper for this option.
For example, depending on the country, Custom Sun Shades are usually around $35.00 to $45.00 to ship with this option.
Option2) Your second option is FedEx. we have used FedEx International Economy (your package arrives within 5-7 business days) or FedEx international Priority (your package arrives within 2-4 business days). FedEx does provide a tracking number. We have used FedEx numerous times and have yet to have a problem.
For example, depending on the country, Custom Sun Shades are usually around $65.00 to $75.00 to ship with this option depending on Economy or Priority.
No matter which option you choose, we will send you a Paypal request. Once we receive confirmation the Paypal request has been paid, your package will usually be shipped within 24 hours.

Special Orders are ... well, special. And because each bag is not started until you order, special orders can not be returned or cancelled. Special Orders include all of our leather bags and all colors (not black) of our cordura bags.
